I wanted to use the picture slides to give a realistic idea of how the exercises are done. Just talking about them would not have made any sense. A visual image of the exercise also gives so much more detail. I do feel that there is so much more information that would have to be given but this was a good start. Hopefully it gave the audience some idea of what someone wanting to get their body ready to have a stable, flexible, and powerful golf swing. I think this is a very effective way to get a point across or to pass on some information about a subject. I would have placed some videos in the power point if the videos would have let me insert them but they had a copyright on them and would not let me.
